  1. Delivery service is only applicable within Hong Kong (excluding restricted and closed areas, P.O. Boxes and Post Boxes).
  2. The expected delivery time to the designated address will be around 2 weeks after the order is placed.
  3. Please consult the manufacturer directly for any quality issues for the products.
  4. Customer must provide a valid mailing address (residential, industrial or commercial address only) for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the customer has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the product, re-delivery fee will be charged.
  5. No amendment or refund to the product ordered (including delivery address) is allowed once payment is confirmed. All products cannot be resold without explicit written consent of Quality HealthCare.
  6. Delivery Calls (Tel: 3619 xxxx/ 3966 xxxx) will be made to the customer before delivery, and a voice message will be left for the delivery appointment if no one answers.
  7. No delivery will be made until a delivery appointment has been confirmed with customers by phone.
  8. For any enquiries regarding delivery, please contact 3966 2366.
  9. In case of disputes, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited shall be final.
