Must I be a member to shop online?
Visitors are also welcome to shop at Quality HealthCare’s online store, but the membership enables you to enjoy exclusive privileges and latest news. If you have already registered on our mobile app, you can also log into our online store with the same account to enjoy all kinds of special offers and prices.
How can I buy online?
You can buy online with just a few simple steps:
- If you have already become a member, please log into the online store first.
- Select the product you want and click “Add to cart”.
- Click “Shopping Cart” on the upper-right corner.
- Enter and confirm the product terms, invoice and user information, then select the payment method.
- Confirm your purchase order and complete the transaction.
- The product confirmation and redemption letter will be sent to your email address 5-10 minutes after you complete the purchase (once the bank transfer is confirmed). An individual redemption letter will be sent out for each product purchased.
What payment methods does Quality HealthCare’s online store accept?
You can make online payment with MASTERCARD, VISA, China UnionPay or WeChat Pay (China RMB Wallet).
How do I know that my purchase order is confirmed?
A product confirmation and redemption letter will be sent to your email address 5-10 minutes after you complete the purchase (once the bank transfer is confirmed). An individual redemption letter for each product purchased will be sent to your email address.
How do I make an appointment for the service purchased?
Please refer to the terms and conditions of each product. Our Customer Service Department will contact you within a specific time to make an appointment for specific products. You may also call 8102 8068 to arrange an appointment if necessary. Please note that the direct hotlines of our medical centres do not accept reservations for any products purchased online (except certain products. For further details, please refer to the terms and conditions on the product webpage or the redemption letter.)
How do I redeem the service and product?
On the day of appointment, the customer must present his/her ID card with the order confirmation letter (in print or electronic form) for identity verification at the specified medical centre. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each product for further details.

How do I use the Privilege Code (CS Code)?
You may enter the CS Code in the search field on the top of our webpage or in the “Privilege Code (CS Code)” field under the product details section to view the exclusive privileges.
How do I cancel an order?
No purchased services and products can be refunded or exchanged for other service plans. If a customer is not suitable for the vaccination or medical examination based on our doctor’s assessment, the customer shall pay the doctor’s consultation fee and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Can I purchase products for my family?
You may purchase products for family or friends by filling in the user’s name and contact number during the purchase. On the day of the appointment, the family member or friend must present his/her ID card with the order confirmation and redemption letter (in print or electronic form) for identity verification at the specified medical centre.
How to get the official receipt?
Our official receipt includes the name of the user (same as proof of identity), product or service name, price etc.. Each official receipt will list one product or service only, and customer could make your request to our clinic staff on the same day after redeeming the product.
If there are other requests on the official receipt, please call 8102 8068 for further arrangement. It will be mailed to you within 10 working days.
