MMRV Vaccine (Measles, Mumps, Rubella & Varicella)

Immunization against measles, mumps, rubella & varicella.

How:

Subcutaneous injection, preferably into the outer aspect (deltoid) of the upper arm or outer area of the thigh.

Individuals from 12 months up to 12 years of age should receive two doses of MMRV vaccine to ensure optimal protection.

  • Infant & children from 12 months to 12 years old: dose interval between the two doses should preferably within three months.
  • When the 1st dose is administered between 9 and 12 months of age, under special circumstances, a second dose of MMRV should be given with a minimum of 3 months apartUnder no circumstances should the dose interval be less than 4 weeks.

  1. Price only includes single dose of MMRV Vaccine.
  2. Doctor's consultation is included prior to the first dose of vaccine. If customer is assessed to be not suitable for vaccination, the fee will be refunded subject to a deduction of doctor’s consultation fee at HK$300.
  3. This vaccination service is applicable to persons aged 12 months or above.
  4. Persons aged below 18 MUST be accompanied by their parents/legal guardians, who will sign on the consent form on behalf of the enrolees in the clinic.
  5. Quality HealthCare will contact the customer in around 5 working days after the date of payment for appointment arrangement.
  6. This vaccination is only available at designated Quality HealthCare Medical Centre(s) as shown above.
  7. Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day for verification.
  8. This vaccination service will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment. Customer must redeem and complete the relevant vaccination within the 6 months’ period.
  9. Save and except for the circumstance as stipulated under Clause 1 above, no amendment or refund to the service ordered is allowed once payment is confirmed. All services cannot be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent of Quality HealthCare.
  10. In case of disputes, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited shall be final.
