  2. Product(s) will be ready for pick-up at your selected pick-up location after around 7 working days upon purchase. Please pick-up the product during the operation hours of the relevant location.
  3. Customers must present their order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) to redeem and collect the product.
  4. The redemption will be valid for 1 month starting from the date of payment. Customers must redeem within the 1 month’s period.
  5. The chosen product does not include delivery. Self-collection is available only in the locations specified.
  6. No amendment to the order (including pick-up location) is allowed once payment is confirmed. Any order placed will not be transferrable. Any fees paid will not be refundable.
  7. In case of disputes, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited shall be final.
