  2. Product(s) will be ready for pick-up at your selected pick-up location after around 7 working days upon purchase. Please pick-up the product during the operation hours of the relevant location.
  3. Customers must present their order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) to redeem and collect the product.
  4. The redemption will be valid for 1 month starting from the date of payment. Customers must redeem within the 1 month’s period.
  5. The chosen product does not include delivery. Self-collection is available only in the locations specified.
  6. No amendment or refund to the product ordered (including pick-up location) is allowed once payment is confirmed. All products cannot be resold without explicit written consent of Quality HealthCare.
  7. In case of disputes, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited shall be final.
