Pre-vaccination Screening helps individuals who have plans to get COVID-19 vaccines to conduct the risk assessment. Detailed examination of your physical condition, medical history regarding chronic diseases and allergies will be conducted, and further perform examinations (including blood pressure measurement and blood glucose) to check the risk of taking vaccination.

* It is recommended to undergo the screening at least 5 days before vaccination

  • Pre-vaccination Screening  is not applicable on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • The redemption will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
  • Neither amendment nor cancellation is allowed once the payment has been confirmed. Also, it is not transferable nor refundable.
