  3. Video consultation by TCM practitioner is only applicable for persons aged 13 above.
  4. This treatment can only be used at the designated Quality Healthcare Chinese Medicine Centres as shown above. Please contact the designated clinic for appointment.
  5. Please upload the QR code on the redemption letter and reference number while making the video consultation appointment via Quality HealthCare Mobile App.
  6. This treatment will be valid for 3 months starting from the date of payment. Customer must redeem and complete the relevant treatment within the 3 months’ period.
