We understand sometimes it’s hard to get enough fibre from fruits and vegetables into our kids. Yet, we know its important for them to maintain a healthy gut and to prevent constipation.

The current recommendation* for Fibre intake is :

  • Age 2-5 years old – 15g of fibre per day
  • Age 5-11 years old – 20g of fibre per day
  • Age 11 -16 years old – 25g of fibre per day
  • Above 17 years old – 30g of fibre per day
