  • The Upright Seat is an auxiliary product and is use by placing it on a chair, it is not a medical product.
  • When using the upright seat, keep your hips to the back of the seat as close as possible and sit with your back straight.
  • If foreign substances get on the cushion foam, wipe off with a cloth moistened with liquid detergent, only use this product once it has completely dried.
  • Please pay attention to children & elderly when they are using this product.
  • Ensure the chair & floor is not wet or slippery when using this product.

  1. Delivery service is only applicable within Hong Kong (excluding restricted and closed areas, P.O. Boxes and Post Boxes). 
  2. The expected delivery time to the designated address will be around 2 weeks after the order is placed.
  3. Please consult the supplier directly for any quality issues and warranty for the products.
  4. Customer must provide a valid mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the customer has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the product, re-delivery fee will be charged.
