Ascendo Health - Mental Wellness Program

This program aims to promote client’s mental wellness through evidence-based and humanistic approaches. Themes to be covered include stress management, sleeping issues, relationship management as well as career and personal growth (depends on client’s needs). Further, our program targets to prevent and detect mental health issues at the earliest stages of concern.

Product Details:

Two face-to-face or Tele-mental wellness coaching sessions shall be offered by our counsellor, followed by a face-to-face review by our psychiatrist.  Basic assessment covering stress, anxiety, depression and sleep quality would be conducted, along with other targeted assessment based on the client’s presenting issues.


Mental Wellness Coaching – Session 1 (30 minutes): 

  • Exploration of underlying stress and risk to his/her mental wellbeing
  • Basic mental health assessment and identification of mental health issues
  • Discussion on emotional handling and stress coping

Mental Wellness Coaching – Session 2 (30 minutes): 

  • Consolidate the strategies and coping skills learned in the previous session
  • Identification of potential obstacles and enhance problem solving skills

Mental Health Assessment psychiatrist: (20 minutes)

  • Detection and diagnosis of possible mental health issues
  • Consolidate the mental health education provided by our counsellors
  • Recommendation on further interventions to improve mental health

  2. Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day for verification to redeem the service.
  3. This product is applicable to persons aged 18 or above.
  4. The redemption will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment. Customers must redeem and complete the relevant redemption within the 6 months’ period.
  5. No amendment or refund to the service ordered is allowed once payment is confirmed. All services cannot be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent of Quality HealthCare.
  6. In case of disputes, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited or Ascendo Health shall be final.
