  1. This treatment can only be used at the designated Quality Healthcare Medical Aesthetics & Laser Centres below. Please contact the designated clinic for appointment: Central (Prince's Building).
  2. This treatment is applicable to persons aged 18 or above only.
  3.  Customers are required to make appointment with the Quality HealthCare Medical Aesthetics & Laser Centre after purchase of this treatment.
  4. This treatment will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment. Customer must redeem and complete the relevant treatment within the 6 months’ period.
  5. No amendment to the treatment ordered is allowed once payment is confirmed. Any fees paid will not be transferable and will not be refundable.
  6. In case of disputes, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited shall be final.
