Terms & Conditions
  1. The trial plan is only applicable to individuals who have never used QHNA's nursing program. Each customer is limited to one purchase. It must be used within one month from the date of purchase.
  2. Please contact Quality HealthCare Nursing Agency hotline 2975 2391 or WhatsApp 96619716 in advance and provide the reference number on the redemption letter for appointment.
  3. Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day for verification.
  4. The above service is applicable to homebound patients who require temporary, short-term care, emergency needs or replacement for domestic helpers etc.
  5. The content and prices of the plans are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  6. The above service is subject to availability and is not available during the festive periods including the 1st day to 3rd day of Chinese New Year, Chinese New Year Eve, Mid-Autumn Festival and Winter Solstice.
  7. Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed and is not transferable and refundable.
  8. Trial plan discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion schemes offered by QHNA or its affiliates and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. In case of any disputes, Quality HealthCare Nursing Agency Limited reserves the right of final decision.
