Terms & Conditions
  1. HealthAdvance is offered and operated by Blua (Asia) Services Limited ("BASL"). BASL has duly authorised Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited to process relevant administrative matters on its behalf, including registration and the issuance of confirmation letters. BASL has duly authorised Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited to act on its behalf to collect all fees payable from the applicant for the purpose of the applicant's application under the HealthAdvance.
  2. This plan is not an insurance product. Designated medical services are only available at specific medical centers.
  3. After successful online payment, the electronic membership card will be sent via email within 2 days. This plan only provides electronic membership cards (not physical cards).
  4. The plan is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Any unused service visits will expire. The plan covers a total of 15 visits per year for Western general medicine, specialist, traditional Chinese medicine, and physiotherapy services, with a maximum of 10 visits per service. These visits apply to outpatient and video consultations.
  5. This plan is only applicable to individuals aged 1 year or older; there is no upper age limit.
  6. A list of covered medical networks will be sent to participants along with an electronic membership card for easy access to and use of related services.
  7. Specialist outpatient consultations (other than dermatology, family medicine, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, otolaryngology, paediatric surgery and paediatrics), as well as physiotherapy, diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing services must be referred by a registered medical practitioner. You are required to present a valid referral letter issued within the preceding 90 days.
  8. Specialty outpatient services cover cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, clinical oncology, dermatology, dermatology and venereology, endocrinology and diabetes, gastroenterology and hepatology, surgery, hematology and hematologic oncology, internal medicine, medical oncology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pediatric surgery, pediatrics, respiratory medicine, rheumatology, and urology.
  9. Video consultation services are available for General Practitioner and Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient services. Please take note that certain medical conditions are not suitable for video consultations, including but not limited to urgent, emergency or critical medical situations. If you are uncertain whether your medical concerns can be adequately explained or addressed through a video consultation, you should seek medical advice from a doctor in person.
  10. Medication will generally be arranged for same-day delivery for consultations completed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) or 1:00 PM (Saturday). In certain circumstances, such as courier unavailability or other operational constraints, delivery may be deferred to the next working day. Delivery services are available only to patients residing on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and designated areas of the outlying islands (namely Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan). Patients residing in outlying island areas are required to collect their medication in person at the designated clinic.
  11. Video consultation services for General Practitioner and Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient services must be booked via the “Online Booking” function of the designated service provider’s mobile application. All video consultation fees are payable online by credit card.

  13. In case of disputes, the decision of BASL and Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited shall be final.
