TravelerCare Health Program provides comprehensive medical and wellness management services, including health check‑ups, doctor consultations, travel‑related health risk assessments, preventive and vaccination recommendations, as well as online consultations with registered pharmacists. The program is designed specifically for travelers to Southeast Asia and island regions, and is especially suitable for those who participate in diving, snorkeling and various water activities, to support travelers to start their journeys with the right preparation and care.

  1. Quality HealthCare will contact the customer in around 5 working days after the date of payment for appointment arrangement. Customers can also WhatsApp (click here) or call our physical check-up hotline at 8102 8068 for booking.
  2. To ensure sufficient time for laboratory reporting and doctor consultation, customers are advised to allow at least 8 weeks before departure to complete the consultation service. For vaccination‑related services, customers should also allow adequate time between vaccine doses as required.
  3. The health check, doctor consultation, vaccinations, and related healthcare advice provided under this program are intended to support pre‑travel health management. They do not constitute any express or implied guarantee of health outcomes. Even after receiving the above services, customers may still experience illnesses, infections, injuries, acute symptoms, or other travel‑related risks during their trip. Customers bear all related risks, and QHMS shall not be liable for any health or travel risks incurred.
  4. Vaccination and medication costs (if applicable) are not included in this program and must be borne separately by the customer. Some vaccines or medications may not be available at QHMS, and customers may need to make their own arrangements and allow additional time to obtain them.
  5. Public health and entry requirements for destinations may change at any time; the travel health information provided in this program is based on the regulations available at the time and is for general reference only, and does not constitute official guidance. Customers should also refer to the latest updates issued by the destination and the Hong Kong Government.
  6. The registered pharmacist online consultation service is available via WhatsApp only. A designated WhatsApp number will be provided after appointment confirmation.
  7. The online consultation with a registered pharmacist includes general medication and drug‑use enquiries that are non‑urgent in nature. For any sudden severe illness or injury, customers should seek immediate medical attention or call the local emergency hotline.
  8. Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day for verification.
  9. This program is only available at designated Quality HealthCare Physical Check-up Centre(s).
  10. This program is only applicable to persons aged 18 or above.
  11. This program is not applicable on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  12. This program will be valid for 6 months from the date of payment. Customer must redeem and complete the relevant check-up within the 6 months’ period.
  13. No amendment or refund to the program ordered is allowed once payment is confirmed. All services cannot be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent of Quality HealthCare.
  14. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  15. In case of disputes, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited shall be final.
